It's a movie entirely about a mythical martial art and it's about achieving a very powerful fist that can punch without an actual physical contact. It's like if the fist got an extra invisible layer. I don't know how this fictional art is called in the movie, but I think it's about an iron fist or maybe it's called a bit differently. It's been a long time since I watched this. The movie is about a competition in all kinds of martial arts and there's an old guy that is teaching a young guy how to achieve this iron fist, but to achieve it he must not get angry. That's the whole plot of the movie. At the end the guy is losing a fight and when he falls on the edge of the ring, he notices that he is touching the bucket of water with his forehead through this iron fist and realizes that he isn't angry anymore. Then he just goes on and wins the fight.
Anyone knows which movie is this? Or any of the actors? I can't remember any actor, then I could find it. And I think the movie had a sequel.
