What's that modeling show, where they tear down your house and redo it?

I cannot for the life of me remember. There's a male host of the show, and they do a lot of things for people who have different problems, or military families or even special needs. They tear down the entire house, and at the end, when they show the family, they put a truck in front of it, until they're done talking to them. Help?
