What's that film called?

I remember, when in my younger days, i saw a film which was about a US aircraft carrier that hit something like the Burmuda triangle and was sent back in time to the days just previous to the attack on pearl harbour, i really like this film and would love to see it again but i can't remember what it was called or who was in it.
Anyone remember?

Yes I know exactly the film you are on about, it is going to drive me mad now till I come out with title. All I remember is the end where he comes back stuck in between decks on the aircraft carrier.

Anyway lets see how long it takes my brain to dig the answer out. You cannot remember any of the actors in it can you?

The thing is i kinda remember kirk douglas being in it, but i might be thinking of a completely different film, my memory is soooo bad.
 
Just been doing a few searches, the film I was thinking of was 'The Philadelphia Experiment' but whilst I was on one site I did see a film called 'The Final Countdown' which had Kirk Douglas in it. This film was about going back in time and whether to stop the bombing of Pearl Harbour or not. Hope this helps, I am going for a rest now.

Yes the film you are thinking about is indeed The Final Countdown, I also saw that film when I was young and I rememeber it very well. It is being released on R2 dvd soon and is below a fiver on a certain internet dvd site based in Jersey, needless to say I have it on order ;)
