I remember ABC Family showing this a few times way back when, before all this stupid stuff happened where people started calling in and getting ABC and other programs to cancel their Christmas movies. I don't even know if this still plays, to be honest. But the show was about Santa begin raised by a bunch of fairies as a baby.
