What's that cartoon tv show about these french mice that live in france or paris?

They live in france, ( or paris ) and they go on adventures. it has a husband and a wife and they have like 5 or more children. (mice) they live under the tower in france or paris. i think it's a 80's or 90's tv show.

it's not depreaux or the tales of nmth i looked all over the internet and i couldn't find it.
please help me out, im determined to find it out! :) please
