Whats should I get Low-Cap or Mid-Cap magazines for Airsoft?

i have a few hi cap magazines and im getting tired of winding them up and the rattling they make so id like to know the pros and cons as well as peoples views on the low and mid cap magazines and which ones you people think i should get.

also the reason im undecided on low or mid cap magazines is im not sure if i want to be ultra pro and have real mag size or have somthing inbetween the low and the hi cap mag
