this is the second time this has happened and each time i had to reinstall my OS just to make it work again, it hasnt stopped me from accessing the internet (yet, it soon will...) but i need it so i can track my usage. it tries to load but it just bounces on screen for ages then stops, then have to force quit it because its not responding. please help
