What's one of the best collage's for photography to go to?

The three top photo schools are

Art Center
Brooks
RIT

There are other excellent programs, but these are the top three in the US
 
I wouldn't think the Grand National Curling Club and working in the mid-south would go together that well unless that's mid-south Canada? Any on-line school for drinking-sports photography should do.
 
I want to go to collage to become a GNCC & Midsouth Photograher.

What's one of the best collage's to go to for that?
