what's lorazepam 0.5?

what's lorazepam 0.5? okay i been having really bad anxiety attacks that sometime make me faint and i was wondering if lorazepam is the right pills for me?
 
it's ativan. i take the 1 mg pill 2 x a day. not strong enough for me, though.
 
I was taking 1 mg of lorazepam for panic attacks on an as-needed basis, and I found that they worked really well to calm me down and get me through the attack.
