Ok this is a bit embarrassing for my husband but I'm pretty sure we are in the right when it comes to this. I caught him on one of those phone sex lines one day and the ad for it said it would cost you nothing for the first 15 minutes. He was about 8 minutes into the call and now we have an 80 dollar charge on our debit card because of this. They never advertised or said anything (I asked him multiply times to his embarrassment) about charging connection fees or that because he was on his mobile phone that it would cost him. Can they legally do that? Also when I checked the debit card it had the purchase date as the third. After we noticed the charge it changed it to the 4th and 5th. Is that even legal and what can I do if its not to get our money back?
