What's happening with BCG signup page?

It rare, but there is a signup link in BCG login page..
but when I click on that a message comes up:

NO, the link is NOT broken, we are closed to new signups. The page is missing intentionally!

What is the meaning of that??

That message is from before we had the fake page, yes we are going to open, i just have no iea when, but sooner rather than later i hope.

we were open for 8 minutes, it was just a test, and just as well as it didnt work 100% we will open again soon once all the bugs have been ironed out.

And thank god, I checked in the signup page in those 8 minutes & got in there....
