i got into an arguement with my then boyfriend and honestly I can't tell much more about what happened because I was taking painkillers because of a miscarriage. There was shoving and the police were called. Well he left and I went to the magistrate and pressed charges on him. The next morning I realized what I had done was a bit rash. What's going to happen to me when we go to court and tell the judge I'm not sure what happened because I was high on loritab.would that be like lying or what?
