Okay so, I sold an item on eBay and the buyer wanted a refund and they sent me the email but I didn't check it until I had already shipped the item. So after I seen the email (btw the buyer issued dispute to eBay), I had seen that the money I was payed for the item, was refunded back to the buyer already by paypal before the dispute was resolved. Then I emailed, and responded to the dispute telling the buyer that I want the money back that I deserve for the item or he can keep his refunded money but I would like my item back when it arrives at his house. A little while later the buyer never contacted me again but decided to escalate the dispute to eBay and they said I will have an answer shortly to what will be the result. So CAN SOMEONE JUST PLS TELL ME WHAT WILL LIKELY HAPPEN?
What's going to happen eBay dispute??? Pls help?
