What's going on with virgin mobile?!?

So I recently upgraded to a Rumor2 and switched my plan over,also I have a positive balance, and it keeps saying theirs an error with my activation. I call them, no answer, just the operator telling me to buy something I already have!, after 15 minutes. I hang up. I decide to google the problem. There's a link that says there's a problem with VM's network or something. WTF IS HAPPENING?!
