Whats going on with my truck? I have a 1988 Ford F-250 with a 5.0 Fuel Injected?

My truck has a little bit of white smoke come out of the tail pipe when it accelerate, and the engine shakes a little bit when you first start it up, but after about 5 minutes it doesn't shake and the smoke slows down when i accelerate, It isn't running hot or anything, last month I replaced the Water Pump and Timing chain but haven't timed it yet, Before i did that it had A LOT of smoke coming out but that minimized it, people have told me once i do timing it should stop, what is you take?

White smoke is water burning and does not have to do with the timing. It sounds like your head gasket has a small tear in it and is about to blow. Start the truck and pull the oil fill cap of. Look and see if it is milky inside the cap or if there is white smoke coming out of the engine at the fill hole. If so, change the head gaskets. Or do a compression test.
