I have a small heart murmur that doesn't effect any physical activities that I do. I have already been to MEPs and passed the physical, and have sent in my waiver request has already been sent in by my recruiter with letters from my cardiologist detailing that my murmur will not effect my military performance. I believe that my recruiter said that the waivers have been approved, but that there is something else that still needs to be done. My question is this, what else needs to be done with the waivers?
Am I waiting for them to come back? Do I need to sign them or something? Are they being typed up?
It's been 3 weeks since he said it was approved and now everything is at a standstill and every time I call or go talk with my recruiter he says he's still waiting.
Can anybody tell me whats going on?
Is there anything I can do to speed up this process?
