i need to get my life on track. i hardly sleep, i definitely do NOT eat right, dont really excercise unless im at work (im a vet tech so lifting dogs all the time and running like a mad woman to take care of things), spiritually i have not had time to read my Bible or pray (Christian), my anxiety is always high and im always a hypochondriac, what other things am i missing? how can i get my life on track again to where im really healthy?
i use to be on zoloft and abilify which helped me eat more and sleep better (used to fight anxiety/depression/ocd) but my state cut a bunch of people from insurance due to economy and so im struggling to get back on insurance so i can possibly get meds back.
what can i do? any websites on an overall healthy lifestyle? any tips? thank you so much!
