What's bigger, roomier and safer - 2011 Toyota Prius or the 2012 Ford Focus?

I like the wagon style and I know the Prius gets better mileage but the Focus costs a lot less and looks pretty cool. So if they were comparable in size and safety I'd probably get the Focus.
