So I started going to the gym recently and I remember from ages ago my personal trainer working out a programme for me where I did 10-15mins on various cardiovascular machines, followed by a number of weights machines....
My friend on the other hand, goes to the gym and does about 30-40mins on the bike/cross trainer and then some weights... she worked this out herself and her goal is weight loss.
Which do you think is more effective? Little of everything or intense concentration on just couple of things?
Would really appreciate advise as Im trying to tone up for the summer!
