...provide their own supplies? Just curious since taxes and millage rates seem to go up every year to support education. The schools are supposedly getting money from state lotteries, etc. to fund programs. Just wondering why it seems with all the supposed increases in revenue why there seems to be less money apparently reaching the students and teachers in the classrooms?
