What's been up with Billy Joel lately?

Haven't heard much about him in awhile and his website hasn't been updated forever.... just wanted to know if he might be doing another tour... preferably alone and not with the one.

I saw a news clip on him a couple months ago, he co-wrote a musical I believe that features some of his songs, I believe he plays at some of the performances but not many. He was also trying to patch things up with his ex-wife and daughter I think. If I remember right, that's what he's been up to.

I think you might be referring to the Broadway show "Movin Out". Its a musical based off of Billy Joel songs. As far as I know, the only "co-writing" he did was writing the songs that are used in the musical which are just his songs from years ago.

His daughter, Alexa Ray Joel, is a singer/songwriter too. Anyone catch her performance on Jimmy Kimmel?
