I understand the feminine ending is unstressed... Like "lady" or "river."

But what's an example of a masculine ending? "Despair"?
Feminine ending is an unstressed syllable...

Masculine ending is stressed... I just need an example.

When you rhyme two lines of poetry that end with "river" with "giver," that's a feminine rhyme, since the stress falls on the second to last syllable in the line.

When you rhyme two lines of poetry that end with "sea" with "tree," that's a masculine rhyme, since the stress falls on the final syllable in the line.
