I always hear about people that have high arches along with pain and discomfort caused by it, but I've never really understood what they talk about. What exactly is it? People tell me pretty often that I have high arches. But Ive never had these problems that I hear talked about. I run alot, like half marathons, and such too and never have problems with my feet. I tell myself that its because Ive ran around barefoot all my life so I actually have some good foot muscles but that sounds kind of ridiculous. I always thought it was cool to have high arches, I mean is it a common problem and Im just lucky not to have it or something? I'm just curious but if you have anything to say, it would be much appreciated!
