My roommate got in a fender-bender last night and all the person did was tap her bumper. she got out to talk to them and they drove off. she figured they were on something. But when she got home she had an email saying MS 13 gang initiation was to tap someones bumper then when they got out of the car to shoot them. like seriously what the hell is this?? How can people be doing this and getting away with it? What has this world come to?
