What's a relaxing exercise I can do on days I'm not doing strengthening workouts?

I walk M-F for an hour. On M/W/F, I do pretty intense strengthening routines along with the hour of walking. But on the other days, even with the walking, I feel kind of wound-up. I tried yoga, but it wasn't really relaxing and all that different from strengthening. Maybe like a really great stretching or something? Any thoughts? Maybe I was looking at the wrong type of yoga. I don't know...
And I know that's a lot of working out, but when I started getting in shape a couple years back, I found that I actually REALLY like to workout! It makes me feel better. :))
