and you can't get it repaired? Nikon makes a pretty durable camera so I'm wondering what possibly could have been done to damage this camera to the point that it's irreparable. I broke the shutter on my D100 and Nikon refurbished at my request.
The camera doesn't determine it's application, the photographer does.
There is no such thing as a fashion camera.
My suggestion would be to inquire about repairing what you have.
How did you break it? (the curiosity is killing me)
