whats a pass key, i connected my bluetooth to my ps3 and it asks for a pass key?

It is a madcatz model 8860 and I no longer have the instructions that has the pass key can any one please please help

Hold your power button till the light blinks blue red fast then scan select 8860 then pass key is 0000
