damage them? my friends keep bugging me that i'm not as strong as them and that they could take me down easily if they wanted to. I want to show them that I am strong but not hurt them by breaking any of their joints or punching them in the face or any of that. Is there a martial art that I can use that can take down really big guys without damaging their bones or faces or such. I just want to show them that i am stronger than them or most other people around. I'm a skinny guy 6' ft. at 155 pounds.
