I've been playing guitar for awhile and my first electric guitar was the yamaha pacifica 113j. I really like the double coil pickup and the humbucker, my favorite position to put the 5 way switch is closest to my feet, so I'm looking for a new guitar between 800-3000$. I also really like the finish and shape but I'm okay with sacrificing the shape for the sound, basically I'm looking for a "Better Version" of the yamaha pacifica.
What's a guitar similar to the yamaha pacifica but better?
