whats a great Helmet cam? to use for dirtbiking and hiking with external memory cards?

I do alot of riding and hiking and want a good helmet cam that is shock proof water proof and that uses external memory cards so i can record for long periods of time... I have googled many companies and i cant seem to find a perfect one. anyone have an actual web site or specific cam?? I really want one soon. I dont want to spend more then $300.00
