Bike broke today and need a new one.
I'm a real noob when it comes to bikes, so I came here for some help. I use my bike for going to school and work. It's some roads and a few dirt paths. I occasionally go biking along some trails, so I need something tougher than your everyday commute bike. Trails have lots of rocks and tree roots, so thin commute tires will get fucked.
Only have $250 to spend on this bike, I know its not much but I really don't need it for much more than point A-B, with occasional trails (like 1-3 times a year). What should I look for to get the best out of my money?
