What's a good way to get fishing up on Runescape?

i want to get my <><'n up...its 64 and i want it to get to 68..i just bcam a non-mem so i need help...ty
 
uh, ur non mem soo...
it would be good to either fish at barb and catch trout and stuff,
or at karamja and catch lobbies and tuna, though this can be slow and banking is a real pain in both instances, but barbarian villiage is lyk 30 seconds run to edgeville bank, so that alright...
