i mainly have a cheral bar but i was wondering what would be some quick snaks before exersise while on the go
i dance too.we eat alot of junk lik pixie sticks and powdered donuts before we dancelol. but the best thing is probably fruit,grahmvcrackers,stuff lik dat....just never anything too heavy or fried..youll throw up
