Im thinking website, like here are two good examples, but they dont have a lot of underground artists:

Something like those two. In particular im looking where i can download some music from the artist Sol. He is really good, check him out
Anyways, i dont want to here nobody sayin how its not allowed and i shouldnt.. blah blah blah.. look, im going to college, im broke, and my music collection has been stale for too long.
