whats a good router to get that will work good with a xbox 360?

whats a good router to get that will work good with a xbox 360
ive been looking at the smooth black linksys routers on amazon
i dont know the difference between wirless n and wirless g
so i dont know which one will be better
can any one help
im to far away for having a wired connection
