im trying to find a protein powder mix. I was just at my sisters for a few weeks they do P90X so they have all these different powders i really liked one and used it at least once a day to make a Protein Fruit Smoothie (they were Amazing) im not looking for that same one but one like it i guess. i just don't know how to find them. Probably going to buy it online. but it had kind of a Vanilla flavor to it. but really any protein powders that you can recommend would be helpful. thanks everyone.
oh and in case it matters which i don't think it does but im 5'3", female, 110 pounds, dieting and exercising. just trying to find ways to make sure i get all my nutrient's in because don't eat a lot (never have). and my dad will also be using the powder in smoothies. but if there is one better for him and one better for me that would be great we will just get both. thanks again!
