Some days I have no motivation to workout because I feel tired & fatigued. I was reading up on products such as Hydroxycut Max. It appeals to me because it increases metabolism & energy while working out. The only problem is, I'm afraid I'm too young for a fat-burning supplement. I'm 19 years old & I'm looking for something that is not harmful. Are fat-burning supplements right for me or is it not in my best interest? If not, what's a better solution for an energy boost & great metabolism?
