What's a good price to sell my acura integra?

I want to sell my integra LS. Its a 95, it has about 120000 miles, It has 17 inch rims. A good sound system, has headers, has exoust, has intake, and have to do some minor body work.
What is a good price to sell it like it is?
And what would be a good price to sell it if I did body work and paint it?
 
well i've heard that just the body paint is really expensive such as 1,000 lol idk but yeah also your systems gives off a few hundreds , i say 3,500 y ya te lo bajan ellos mucho mas... so nose ..
