Whats a good price for a 1969 chevy camaro?

I know someone who has a 1969 chevy camaro in his garage thats he's had for years. I asked him if he would sell it and he said for a good price. The exterior and interior are all taken care of and doesn't need any major work the only thing is the motor doesn't work. What's a good price for the car?
 
if the body is good, and all it needs is a little maintance and an engine to be on the street, i would think 7500-10k is fair... but its hard to tell unless ive seen it myself
