I use to use paypal, but as you may already know, paypal has gotten very fishy lately. i applied for a paypal debit card and then i was rejected and told to give them my photo ID and scan my SSN Card and send it to them. i dont feel comfortable giving this info out online and after reading alot of the problems people are having with paypal lately i would not like to further my service with them. Ive heard of moneybookers, but from what ive also researched, its just a European version of paypal. They do the same stuff, same problems. soooo from experience, whats the best (free) payment method for a small business?
