whats a good motor bike?

hey, im looking for a motor bike, not a motorcycle maybe an electric powered but it should go fast, and its smaller than a motor cycle? i hope you know what im talking about its for younger people like teenagers, anyway i need you guys to post some good links to good dealers for me? itd be nice if it were 150 bucks or less.. it doesnt have to be like great quality it just has to be durable and work. thanks
