I'm just talking about lifting weights because I don't do cardio. I'm really skinny but I have a lot of muscle. For a reference point:
-max out at 160 lbs. benching
-max out at 400 lbs. leg press
-max out at 50 lbs. curling
-max out at 220 lbs. on curl over ab machine
p.s. I like to alternate days- like do benching related stuff one day and bicep stuff another, but I do abs every day
