Hello everyone, I'm just curious if anyone out there can help me find a really good photoshop that's free.
My problems are: I have a photoshop called PhotoPlus 6.0, Problem is... when I go to color edit my Anime Pictures it won't allow me to color the "Hair, Clothes, or Eyes". White and Black.
I've Noticed that many people have Anime pictures color edited with the hair Black or White that doesn't ruin the lines/lining that makes the picture look fake.
I would also apprechiate it if someone could tell me how you get the background of the picture a different color, or name the anime character on the picture making it look like real writing.
My last question is also how do you make the picture have effects like Wobbling up and down, fuzzy dots acrost the picture, or blinking/flashing colors.
