I have an eliptical exercising thing. Basically it's got hands and feet, like you stand on it and while your pushing the 2 bars with your arms, your feet move too. ( and it's standing)
I have about 2-3 months
What is a good exercise routine with that to lose fat in my inner thigh, or in general?
I prefer not to do it everyday because some days i might be busy, but if it keeps the routine in a pattern, then i'm fine with it
please help !
