what's a good exercise routine for stomach fat?

I went to the doctor for a check up around October or November last year (2009), and the doctor told me that I need to loose some weight or my blood sugar will keep acting. If I didn't I'll become diabetic (I was 5'4" 195 lbs). So he told me just to start eating more fruits and vegetables and walk more, then I'll loose that weight in no time. I started watching what I ate and started walking a lot more. I'm now down to 160 lbs, but I'm not seeing the results I want. I see a stomach that is way to big. So I was wondering if anybody knew some good exercises I can do at home to help get rid of the belly fat a little quicker. I'm not looking to get rock hard wash board abs. Even though that would be nice, I just want a flat stomach. I do have a big inflatable exercise ball and a jump rope. I do have an exercises bike that was my mom's but she wants it back. Plus if anyone knows the right weight for a 20 year old male that's 5'4" or a site where i can find out, that would be appreciated greatly. Thanks
