I'm soon to be 16, and I've wanted a dirt bike for years. I'm planning to use it on and off road, so a street legal dual purpose bike is obviously what I'm looking for. I don't really know much about dirt bikes, as in I know what I've read for the hour; not much. I'm not worrying too much about insurance, but it's definitely a factor here, and I'd prefer to get in the 250-500 cc range, though I'm new to dirt bikes I know I'll manage a 500 cc, any high and I'll be a bit sketchy about it. I live in New Brunswick, Canada, so I'm obviously not cool with dirt bikes only sold in Australia. I'd prefer a lower price range, anywhere over $2000-2500 is too much for my budget.
