I am moving into an apartment in a couple months with a friend. We both want a dog, they can't be more than 30 pounds when full grown, beagles/beagle mixes aren't allowed (they said they're too noisy), and not aggressive. I usually like medium or large sized dogs like: german shepherds, huskies, labs, chow chows, samoyeds. Any ideas for a dog breed I might like with the apartments restrictions?
