I dont have alot of weight to lose. Mainly toning will sort it out rather then losing weight itself. I also want to work on my fitness. I am already averagely fit. so im not just starting out. But i really enjoy biking at it clears my head and makes me feel great while im doing it and for the rest of the day!! I was just wondering how long is a good distnace and how fast i should be biking in order for it to be beneficial.
