Whats a good, cheap, reliable FAST car for an 18 yr old?

Right now I have a cavalier z24. only 150 hp. I was thinking maybe a Subaru WRX STI, or maybe a Mitsubishi Evo. 2004-2008..I'm looking for something that wont have too many cons like having to change the tires every 10,000 miles, and something that I can take on many long trips across Europe when I join the military. I can probably get a 25-30,000 dollar bonus. looking to spend no more than 30 grand. thanks
I live in the Us, I just might be going to Europe soon
 
The infiniti g35 would be my choice.
but idk what cars would be good in europe....
an sti or evo sound good too bt wat about insurance???
