whats a good car for a 16 year old in a 19k-30k price range?

these are all higher-performing vehicles..beware their power and temptation!
 
19k-30k range? First off thats a rather large gap, secondly for a 16 year old? Youd save yourself sometime by flushing hundred dollar bills down the toilet.
 
we already got a mustang and a jetta too, so rule those out. looking for something that he would like while impressing his friends, and even if somebody spent more money on a car his friends would be like...w/e, its a mustang...basically.---but not a mustang this time.
